Experience
We provide integrative and holistic health care in a our sanctuary like settings. Like no other clinic, we offer individual treatments and provide a space for yoga, meditation and health workshops, all under the one roof in Richmond. This allows us to integrate all modalities where individual wellness programs can be established for optimal health.
Acupuncture
It’s not as scary as you might think. Acupuncture is profound for creating balance and homeostasis in the body. By using ultra fine single use needles we place them where the body indicates there is some sort of disharmony. This is established through diagnosis of tongue and pulse.
Chinese Herbal Medicine
Is one of the oldest medicines in the world. So many of today’s pharmaceuticals owe credit to the foundation of these eastern medicinal plants. We know not everyone enjoys cooking herbs so we offer many forms of herbal medicine to suit your lifestyle. This is the internal medicine that compliments an acupuncture treatment.
Kinesiology
Kinesiology is a holistic healing system, that investigates your overall state of Musculoskeletal, Biochemical and Mental Emotional Health. It is a modern expansion of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with influences from Chiropractic, Nutrition, Neuroscience & Behavioural Psychology.
Michelle specialises in a unique kind of NeuroEnergetic Kinesiology, where she thoroughly addresses your Gut/Brain Axis, Subconscious Patterns and Emotional Triggers. This is in addition to the basic Kinesiology Techniques used to bring your Mind & Body back into Balance.
Our primary investigation tool is your own body, whereby we perform a series of muscle tests. Muscle Testing allows us to talk to your body and shows where Stress is reflected in the Central Nervous System. This information is the backbone of your individualised treatment plan, that helps keep you thriving.
