We provide integrative and holistic health care in a our sanctuary like settings. Like no other clinic we offer individual treatments and provide a space for yoga, meditation and health workshops. This allows us to integrate all modalities where individual wellness programs can be established for optimal health.
Our services include Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine & Kinesiology.
We use acupuncture to focus on bringing back homeostasis to the body. Ultra fine single use needles are placed where the body indicates there is some sort of disharmony or imbalance.
Acupuncture works predominately on promoting and restoring Qi (pronounced chee), translated as energy. Energy can be in excess in some areas or deficiencies in others. We establish our diagnosis through a tongue and pulse analysis and a thorough medical history and current symptomology.
Most people describe their experience as relaxing and peaceful. We often hear first timers declare “wow, I have never felt like this before”.
Chinese Herbal Medicine
One of the oldest medicines in the world, with so much credit owed to its foundations as a lot of todays pharmaceuticals are based on many of these eastern medicinal plants.
Chinese herbology is a key component of Traditional Chinese medicine. Chinese herbs have long been used to help restore harmony within the body by improving digestive function, nourishing deficiencies, repairing and rebuilding, and enhancing immune fucntion. Whatever your ailment, we can design a natural, and safe remedy with Chinese herbs. Our Chinese herbs are also convenient to use. We offer medicine in dissolvable granule form and pills, or if you choose we also offer the traditional method of brewing decoctions.
Kinesiology uses gentle muscle-monitoring techniques to access the subconscious mind and gain accurate information about your current issues and what is needed to help your body, mind and spirit to restore balance.
A holistic healing system that investigates the body’s overall state of structural, chemical and emotional health. It is a combination of Chinese medicine, Nutrition, Chiropractic and Psychology. Physical, mental or emotional stress can block energy production and function around the body and is reflected in the central nervous system. This is explored using the body as a biofeedback system, performing a series of gentle muscle tests, which assists in identifying a personalised course of treatment for you
